I think SLEEP gets the top vote on most people's choice for the extra hour. Myself included! I wanted to say "Oh, I will exercise for that extra hour." But no, I slept in and just went to the gym later!
And I actually got a jump start on flipping my mattress this year; did it a few weeks ago, thanks to some severe back pain I've been having!
And I am with you RE: gym. I too left my gym late on Sunday. Dark at 5:15 PM was a shock. I felt like it should've been 8 PM!

Thanks for visiting my blog. I had thought of the name "Buddhafly" awhile ago, because of my fondness for Buddha and for butterflies. Butterflies are beautiful, elusive creatures that have transformed from modest caterpillars to flying works of art and that has always amazed me. Butterflies epitomize the wonders and mystery and breathtaking beauty of nature and will never cease to delight me. Butterflies live very short lives, so that also teaches us to be in the moment and savor the here and now, for tomorrow is never promised to anyone.

Sleep, of course - it's one of my favorite hobbies, especially when I cuddle with my cool kitty, Chancey. :)
