Fall Back

Dear readers, don't forget to set your clocks back one hour and to check the batteries in your smoke detector and carbon monoxide detectors before you say "Goodnight, Moon" tonight!

Sleep, of course - it's one of my favorite hobbies, especially when I cuddle with my cool kitty, Chancey. :)

Sleeeeeepppp! Used to be I had one more hour to party, but that was when I was sooo much younger...

Yesterday, I walked out of my gym at 5:15pm and it was pitch black. Boo....

I think SLEEP gets the top vote on most people's choice for the extra hour. Myself included! I wanted to say "Oh, I will exercise for that extra hour." But no, I slept in and just went to the gym later!

And I actually got a jump start on flipping my mattress this year; did it a few weeks ago, thanks to some severe back pain I've been having!

And I am with you RE: gym. I too left my gym late on Sunday. Dark at 5:15 PM was a shock. I felt like it should've been 8 PM!
